What did you do on this day?

I had the morning free, so I set off from home and wandered around the southern part of Komae. I have often taken a full day off for this project, making proper time for myself. This time, though, the weather was miserably cold and windy, so I did not bother staying out for long.

The route I took through the city was one of several that I usually walk. I did manage to go down a few smaller side streets that I had not explored before. I also took advantage of a few construction sites along the way and stopped to check those out, since they are often surprisingly colourful.

In total, I spent about 45 minutes and took 20 photographs.

How do you feel about the photos a year later?

To be honest, these five were the only salvageable images. The other 15 were badly out of focus or too blurry to use. It was cold that day and I did not really want to be walking around, so I rushed the process. Still, ending up with a couple of usable images feels better than doing nothing at all.
