Do you still have a (landline / home telephone)? (Both are correct, but “landline” is more natural in everyday conversation.)

Appropriate Language
Survey (noun) = a method of collecting information or opinions from a group of people, often using questions (Synonyms: poll)
The company conducted a survey to understand customer satisfaction.
According to the survey, most people prefer online shopping.
She filled out a survey about her recent visit to the museum.
Questionnaire (noun) = a written set of questions used to gather information or opinions from people
Participants were asked to complete a short questionnaire.
The questionnaire helped the researchers collect detailed feedback.
She carefully answered each question in the questionnaire.
