Dual (adjective) ˈdjuːəl/ DYOO-ul (Rhymes with fuel) = Having two parts, aspects, or functions.
There are some people in Canada who have dual citizenship, meaning they are citizens of two different countries.
Price gouging (verb/noun) = when a shop or seller makes a price much higher than normal.
During the storm, the water was $10 a bottle. This is price gouging.
The government says price gouging is wrong and shops must stop.
I did not buy the bread because the price was too high; it was price gouging.
