Pronunciation

  • Dam (noun) ( dæm )

    • Think of the words like, jam, ham, clam, slam, scam, spam

  • Dumb (adj) ( dʌm )

    • Think of words like come, drum, plum, thumb

Short Dialogues

A: I don’t want to go to the Expo.
B: Me neither. (This is natural and correct)

  • Some native speakers use ‘me either’ in casual speech, but it’s technically nonstandard.
