My painting teacher really wants us to paint landscapes.
We were painting the famous landscape of Kappabashi in Kamikochi. We used a reference photo that our teacher took.
He has a unique (perspective / way of seeing) when it comes to drawing and painting. He ends up using a lot of colours.

I went to a performance of Russian classical ballet and folk dances at the Shinjuku Bunka Centre.
I have a hard time walking through the Shinjuku underground. The passages are getting very confusing with all the construction.
I took a walking tour down to the mouth of the Tama River. (= where a river meets a larger body of water)
Does anyone know where the source of the Tama River is? (= where a river begins)
