  • Do you do when you have ear problems?

    • Which doctor do you go to?

    • What do you do for itchy ears?

  • Have you gone out to see cherry blossoms yet?

    • “April showers bring May flowers.”

  • I had an endoscopy of my stomach last week.

    • I had a stomach scope last week.

  • I need to get ready at home before going to the event.

    • How long does it take to do your hair?

    • Before it used to take me an hour and a half. I’m getting quicker little by little.

    • I braided my own hair for the competition.

      • Her dad made two braids in his daughters hair.

    • I asked my stylist how to style my hair into a bun.

  • Indoorsy (adjective) [Informal] (opposite: outdoorsy)

    • = Preferring to spend time inside buildings rather than outdoors. An indoorsy person typically enjoys activities like reading, gaming, or watching movies more than hiking, camping, or sports.
